At Jason Anderson Artist Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your home art purchase. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the artwork in its original gallery packaging and protective layers to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the artwork, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
